Definitely the most reliable taxi & minibus service in Porthcawl, their vehicles are always exceptionally clean and the drivers are always very happy and chatty, highly recommend if you haven't tried them before.

Rang this firm as it was local for a friend. They were very helpful and came straight away. As it was late and she was on her own they sent a lady driver which was very impressive!

Called today evening to order taxi from Victoria road. Lady over the phone said to me the waiting time is 30 minutes, I said I will wait. After 50 mins nobody came. When rang number again lady over the phone said that they do not have my order. When I asked how is that possible she literally started shouting on me, she was very very rude. She should be fired from work as she can't speak to people. Horrible service, no apology, rude, disgusting

Although they are in desperate need of new cabs as the interior are ofter ripped or dirty, they are reliable, on time, and we recognise the drivers.(being female its nice)

The cabs are not the most fancy but the drivers are friendly and very helpful. The prices are good and they are reliable although have been late but only at peak periods

I prebooked a taxi for Christmas day last year and it was there at the allotted time with a tinselled up car and driver. One of the few firms open all year round.

excellent service driver was really chatty and a good Laugh and these guys don't lie about when they are going to arrive like most companys if they can't get to you straight away they tell you and in my eyes they are well worth the wait thanks to all drivers at baglan taxis and thank you Matthew for looking after me.

I work for baglan taxis and we don't take advance bookings days in advance unless regulars so faceless cowards need to get facts right most probs these comments made by rival firms eg cardy astra pauls whom all started with baglan what a joke
