Hassled by crazy driver from this firm on motorway near Manchester. You know who you are. Nasty aggressive driver. Shame he forgot he had a large phone number on his car. Dangerous idiot

Dudgy! Do not use. They rip you off.

I got a taxi from Bolton Abbey main car park entrance to Leeds. He said it would cost me £55 depending on the taximeter. (I missed my train so I had no other option to get home.) When I got to Leeds train station however the meter stated £43.50 and he still asked for £55!! I obviously questioned it why. I was shocked and disgusted by his reply as he ignored the meter per mile he actually drove me and said its £55. He continued saying I'm the boss! and I own this taxi company. So that's okay to ask more money than what the taximeter says? I couldn't believe it. Secondly I felt he didn't know where he was going and when I asked he didn't know and had to phone up the main office for directions twice! for the quickest root into leeds. I did have a lovely evening at Bolton Abbey as there was an event on, but after getting in his taxi it has left me feeling angry. If he wants his tip, come to Leeds and apologies. :)

We booked a taxi 12 hours in advance. They didn't turn up. We called them and they tried to charge us a premium rate because 'we hadn't booked'. Dodgey firm. Rip people off. Pick somebody else. I can prove the phone call for the early booking if anyone has any doubts.

Been using this firm for 8 years never had a problem and neither has my grandma they always help her with her shopping.. highly competitive prices as well!

Taxi arrived surprisingly fast, I just hung up went down stairs... And the guy was outside. Lol

About Oxford Taxi Keighley if I could give them a minus rating I would most definitely as I have been using them for the last year at least and recommended them to many of my friends. Even though they usually charging more than every other taxi company around. Today I was stupid enough to of left my phone in the car so I rang to get it back and was told I would have to pay to get it back to me this is taking advantage of the situation as we all know how important our mobiles can be getting blackmailed to get my phone back is not customer friendly..... so you did get your money but its the last time ever I will recommend or use your service hope it was worth it .

Excellent service. Drivers are great always helpful and happy. My 2 year old newphew gets picked up alone with them trustable drivers.

Loyal customer for over a decade until last night. We were charged £42 direct from the app for a trip that normally costs £20. We raised our concerns about the price before getting out the vehicle. We stated we normally pay £20 and always tip. I understand fuel prices have gone up but not to that extent. After being charged that amount and exiting the car he accused us of spilling alcohol as a justification for the price (which we didnt have). This makes absolutely no sense as he charged us £42 before we left the vehicle & before accusing us of that. The driver literally robbed us. As we have used this company for longer than a decade I expected more from the phone line than to be laughed at and refused details of the driver. If you do use this taxi company DO NOT USE THE APP and have your wits about you because they can not be trusted and allow their drivers to steal from you after 10 years of loyalty. I am absolutely astounded.

I have used Bronte for a 8+ years, regularly each week. I recently used them so often i started to book in advance. Every single taxi i have booked has been late by over 10 minutes, and in turn made me late. When you dont book, it arrives late. When you do book, it arrives late. A very loyal customer lost.

Have used for quite some time - convenient service, mostly on time - some drivers v helpful & polite & they deserve credit, but unfortunately, not all the time - the other day I had one who left me to open boot himself & seemed surprised when it wasn't second nature to me, asking if I don't have a driving license (I don't - hence the fact I order a taxi from the supermarket!) Call operators could be better - not always clear, background noise, they hang up before you know they've confirmed, etc - exceptionally rude one this evening, I used to work in a call centre & I think if I'd spoken to a customer like that I'd have been lucky to keep my job! Am considering using another firm in future, shame as I've used for quite some time but lots of other taxi firms in Keighley!

Crap firm. Drivers drive like maniacs. Speeding and half them smoking weed. Avoid. Reported to council

£23.50 For a 8 mile journey daylight robbery. Told it was because we had a 3 year old in the minibus so charged half again. Will never use this firm again disgusting

Disgusting £7.50 to go from bingley about 2.5 mile along a bypass to Keighley. Will never use again. Really poor value for money

VFM ? There was none of this today , Driver tried to over charge me by £12. 50 P Isn't something to worry about but the extortionate price he said to me was way out of order. Wont be using again sorry.

Excellent service from reception to drop off. Polite, helpful, friendly and professional. Always on time. Cars are clean and comfortable. The drivers have been very good company on fairly long journeys, quiet when you need it and full of interesting conversation when you're in the mood for a chat. Recommend this company without hesitation. Deserving of more than 5 stars!
