Taxis in Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire

Wow, just had the guy interrupt me to say my journey was not available even though I had not even said when I needed a taxi. Before I finished asking, he hung up. Even if you can't do it, a bit of courtesy would be nice. Thank you

The best taxi service in witney by far. Always friendly and on time, great communication and will do everything he can to get you where you need to be.

A total disgrace. Booked well in advance and totally spoilt a well waited for birthday treat. They shouldnt be allowed to call themselves selves a taxi service. Especially when one of us is disabled and couldnt walk. Very angry

Based on my experience, Unicorn Cars - 27x7 Taxis are unreliable, devious and non-transparent. I definitely will never use them again, nor will my family and friends.

Do not use as no meter and rip off prices

My parents used Ideal Taxis for the past twenty years, from the late 90s, and were always happy with the service. Reliable, punctual and courteous. Once age required them to give up their own car, they used Ideal Taxis very frequently, on account, and appreciated the help given by drivers with taking shopping inside etc. When my father needed to be transported in his wheelchair, they provided a suitable taxi and never rushed my infirm parents. They got to know most of the drivers well and struck up a nice rapport with them.

NEVER use this taxi service. William Dowling (the owner and manager of the business) treats his staff so so badly. I had a trip this evening with the service, where William (Bill) said to the driver “Speak f*ing English”, when the drivers English was perfectly fine. When the driver then repeated what he had said (really calm mannered). Bill replied with “Im going to knock you out”. I spoke to the driver, who said this wasnt a joke and that Bill is regularly abusive towards his drivers. Following on, the driver seemed upset and dishearten by his comment. I was so outraged by this, I called Bill and said how I felt about the matter. Bill replied with “whats it to you how I treat my drivers”. This not only show how badly he treats his staff, but his view to his customers too. I will never be using Ideal Taxis again, and anyone who cares about human rights should follow this, so that Bill realises treating his staff this way is completely unethical. Never EVER again!

They do not know how to roundabouts, you can see few clips of them on youtube, very poor drivers...

Just got told that it's only 400 yards from station to home which is a lie it's 20 mins walk. Nice way to leave a woman on her own to walk down dark dim.lit streets. Funny how they were happy enough to pick me up this afternoon from home and take.me to station. Will never use again

Just had a very pleasant taxi ride with Gary from my home to a garage to get drinks. I was engaged in fascinating conversation for the whole journey. I hope to have the pleasure to be driven by him again.

if you are a tourist do not use this company as they will rip you off I used these people while on a break away and was charged nearly £10 more for the same journey i had made only a couple of hours earlier, utter disgrace!!!
