    • The driver was rude because he thought we were really drunk. I wasnt drinking tonight and I remember every single thing. He also lied to us repeatedly. Dont trust them. They tell you to pay up front and he wouldnt wait for us to get the cash from our flat but he would wait at the cash point. Makes no sense.

    • I have to travel from A to B potentially everyday. I use this service regularly and find that they cater to my journey needs. All staff are friendly and polite. Staff always have a smile in their face,even when faced with very irrate customers.

    • DON'T USE THIS FIRM. I was charged £15 for 5 minute drive, and the driver turned up at the wrong address, despite booking in advance. When I asked about the price I was told it was a fixed price, non-negotiable. After paying and clarifying with the office I made the taxi booking with as to why the price was so high, I was dealt with very rudely and not very professionally at all, and had the phone put down on me. I always prefer to use local firms, but I would STEER WELL CLEAR of this company. They are dishonest and very unpleasant to deal with, especially as a single young woman trying to travel safely.

    • Avoid at all costs. This company cost myself and my Gf £400 in airfares, and tried to overcharge through blackmail. Booked cab to Gatwick. Agreed to quoted £45. Driver turns up, says its extra £10 to go "the fast way'. I said this was never mentioned, just get us to the airport as agreed. Driver then goes on to lie, contradict himself (claiming 'tolls' and 'closures' meant the deal was then off. When we say we'd pay the £10, u-turns in middle of Aldwych to go different route. We missed flight by 10mins - because of drivers deceits. These cowboys are an absolute disgrace and I am considering a compensation claim for the original flights, replacements flights, for the cab and train home. AVOID. Reporting to TFL.
