TAXI DRIVER RAN OVER MY CAT. BAD SERVICE AS WHEN I RING TO COMPLAIN I GET SPOKEN TO LIKE TRASH.

Terrible service. Do not use. 10 mins after agreed time we were told the taxi was 2 mins away. After another 10 mins we called and were told we didn't have a taxi because they hadn't confirmed it despite having a text to say our taxi was booked. Taxi showed up an hour late after several phone calls.

i called 2 hours before to book a taxi for the required time... guess what.... it never came. Why? Because first communication it was stuck in traffic second communication the train in Netherfield was passing... Result did not make it to my destination, cost me money and waisted my time... Suggestion if you want to get to your destination use any other company except Gedling

Paid for a taxi for a trip to the airport and back after our holiday, they took our money and failed to turn up to take us home. Putting phone down when we called them to ask for our money!

I've used Hykeham cabs for the last 3 years and they have always been very reliable

After being a loyal customer for almost a year and being used to staff knowing who I was due to my details being on the system, I called one day to make a booking and gave the guy my destination coz I knew they had my pickup point. This guy told me he doesn't work in a telecommunications company so I shouldn't expect him to know my address. I tried to explain to him that I thought they had my details so it wasn't my intention to omit my pickup point. This guy just brushed me off. And didn't even let me finish explaining. I've vowed to never use their service ever and I will spread the word.
