    • Rip off merchant - charged £20 for a non-trip!! I recently booked a taxi for a friend from my house to Kemble station with this company, for which they quoted me £15-£18. While this is in itself a rip-off (I only live 5 miles from the station) it's at least comparable with other companies in the area so I accepted the quote. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication, it turned out that my friend actually needed to go to Swindon, which is about 15 miles from me. Anyway, when the taxi arrived, she told him she wanted to go to Swindon, upon which he said it would be more expensive (fair enough, so far....). However, rather than actually TELLING her how much it would be, he just said "more" and also lied about how long it would take to drive to Swindon - he said 45 minutes, when in fact it's normally about 30. Then, instead of finding out the cost before accepting the fare, he started to drive her (presumably towards Swindon), in the dark, for about 10 minutes, after which he THEN calle

    • Brilliant service. My Dad had a fall in USA and was travelling into Heathrow at 06.30am and needed a taxi transfer back to Chippenham. EZYS TAXIS were fantastic the were there waiting and took great care of him all the way back to his house. They even called the driver to make sure he had located my Dad in Heathrow and let me know he was on his way. The transfer was good value and very reliable. 5 stars !

    • Absolute rip off company! I had a cab from Chippenham to Royal Wootton Bassett and was charged £80! I phoned them up asking for a quote for the same journey and was quoted 'about £40'. Then when I let on who I was he then tried to blame the council setting the rates (moron!)

    • The issues began with the driver taking us to the wrong venue for the wedding we were attending. This was deemed to be our fault and we were actually charged extra for their error! We had booked the return journey for 12:30am and the first taxi eventually arrived at 12:45am. The other taxi arrived at 1am! The driver took a route that was clearly longer than the fastest journey and at times was driving at over 60mph in 30mph zones, crossing solid white lines and failing to indicate on roundabouts or stay in the right lane. The driver charged us the increased price and even appeared to wait for a tip! Very poor service, would certainly not recommend or use again. The other guests reported that their driver was constantly looking down at his phone and on several occasions nearly mounted the hedge and pavement.
