Birmingham Taxi's

I have been using Birmingham Taxis since 2/6/18. I have found their service outstanding. Their drivers are professional, courteous, extremely polite and Birmingham Taxis are excellent. Fabulous value for money. I highly recommend them. I am sorry for the above customer's experience, one can only assume they mixed Birmingham Taxis up with another firm.

Rubbish. Ordered a taxi capable of taking passenger (my 88 year-old mother) in wheelchair from hospital to father's funeral (carefully told them all circumstances as times critical) & they failed to turn up. Seemed to think a text message - not received until after due time - was enough to avoid their breach of contract.
