Taxis in Southwold, Suffolk

Left stranded after booking a taxi home from a works do. When I called to politely ask where the taxi was after waiting 20 minutes I was told there is no taxi coming and I had been blacklisted! Horrendous customer service. I had only booked the taxi a few hours before with no issues.

Absolutely shocking service by my driver today, he was rude, drove recklessly and was far too distracted by other things in the car, I will not be using this company again

Always come on time, and give you a call when they arrive so you don't wait around. Very reasonable prices even for students!

The best cab service in Norwich as there are set prices so you don't get overcharged and it doesn't change in price. Never arrived more than 10 minutes late before, normally slightly early.

From the office, owners & drivers, all of which are rude. One driver stole my phone, I'd accidentally left in his car, then had the audacity to wipe it, after I complaint, it magically turned up without any numbers or information on it. STAY CLEAR

Phoned left voice mail to book for wheelchair. Took 2 day's for reply to voice mail to be told can't do it. Beware if you leave voice mail, it might be a wait.

More reliable and cheaper than the big local firm. I always use for getting to the train station

Awful experience and customer service We arranged a taxi the day before a wedding. We confirmed the date and time and location twice with a man from Kims cabs. The day of the wedding the taxi never arrived. We called to check and were told that the booking had accidentally been put on the wrong day in the diary. We were left stranded in the cold, at night, in a town we didnt know. The taxi service did not offer any help. I am disgusted and cannot believe the poor customer service. Do not use this taxi service!

Tried to order a taxi and when I explained when one of our party was disabled the man laughed and hung up the phone. I tried to call back and he said I don't have a booking and hung up. I called to speak to the manager but as soon as I asked he hung up again. Extremely rude, discriminative never use!!

From the rude woman who answered the phone to the driver who didnt seem to know how to drive... Avoid!
