Taxis in ST7

We had a taxi for 5 mile round trip and was changed £30 return absolutely out ragesus we were regular customers on a daily basis but never again. They claimed they told us that is was £30 on the phone but they never did. Bad customer service

We booked a minibus in advance for 22:00 Sat 13th, phoned at 21:47 to check that they were on their way and then, when chased at 22:14, were told that we were not there at 22:00 and the minibus was now in Hanley (good driving). We were then told that it was 10 minutes away at least six times. On two of these calls I asked if they would guarantee someone would come because there was still time to get a bus (we had a lot of luggage so a minibus was better) and was reassured that we would. Not a great walk back to Kidsgrove, will not use this company again. First they lied to say that we were not there at 22:00 and then continually promised to send someone out. One star because web site does not allow zero and none of our friends or family will use this company again.

Cancelled a pre-booked taxi at the last minute, letting me down. When I rang up I was fobbed off and then the operator hung up

Beware - this firm left 5 teenage girls stranded in the early hours of the morning! Booked a 6 seater on the app a week before it was required for 5 teenage girls returning from Hanley at 1.45am. Confirmed on the app. Called on the evening of the booked ride to double check and give the correct contact number to call or text arrival. All confirmed. Received a notification on the app at 00.50 that the ride had been cancelled. Called to understand why and spoke to a guy who was completely unconcerned saying "I've got no mini buses love what do you want me to do?". When I explained what wanted him to do was not to leave 5 teenage girls stranded in Hanley in the early hours of the morning when I had booked a week ago and had also confirmed that evening he got irate and put the phone down on me. Disgusting, shocking and completely without any morals, care or compassion.

We used this company for a journey which normally costs £10 to £12. The taxi driver, who drove like a maniac, charged us £20. I contacted the company to complain. They promised to investigate and phone me back. That was more than a week ago, and I have heard nothing.

Ordered a taxi at 7.30 for 8.30 never turned up i was late for collage rang them and the little girl on the phone totally useless never ever again will i give this so called taxi firm my money

Dont use. Let me down at midnight after a wedding. Tried to ring, but kept going to voice mail.

Used abbey for quite a few years , but the drivers now are too fast & you dont feel safe !!.

Booked taxi Saturday night(02/06/18) 21:30 from Crewe hall to rookery wood farm 1 Mile away charged my £5 which I thought was expensive
