Taxis in Telford, Shropshire

Pre booked a taxi 12 hours in advance. Taxi didnt turn up, completely left marooned at a venue with no way of getting home. Operator rebooked one across the phone, then subsequently cancelled it as soon as the phone hung up. Shocking service.

Used to be good a long time ago. Now have dodgy drivers that pull up with a meter running at £8.50. When I phoned tp complain why a fare that normally cist £15.50 jumped to £21 , the manager (Dan) apparently refused to come to the phone, and instead asked me to email info@a2bradiocars.com. Will never use this company again.

Used to use this service on a regular basis and got cars within minutes. Last two attempts anytime after 11pm been unavailable until after 12pm. Miraculously lots of cars become available straight after 12. Presumably been parked up waiting for the premium rate to kick. I recall this scam back in the 80's and spent many nights stood in the freezing cold for over a hour before I could get a taxi. It appears now GoCarz have the monopoly in Telford (bought up all the other taxi firms) this scam is now back in use. I have no deleted their App and pefer to drive or walk in future rather than give these lot my money.

Dont use this company if you want reliability. Booked a cab for a family birthday meal- told. Youre all booked in. It didnt turn up so I called and was told drivers dont like going into Ironbridge- no one is coming. Well , thanks for letting us know. Very poor service.

Dont bother booking with these lot. I booked a cab 24 hours in advance on their App and pre paid for cab to arrive at 6.45 am so I rang them at 6.50 am when no show only to be told it wont make it on time now because its not even been dispatched. So I missed train to Airport and had to drive in to make flight which cost me double for parking as its same day booking. AVOID THIS TAXI COMPANY

Absolute garbage service booked this morning @ 10am for a 19:00 pick up, got a text at 18:44 saying cab had been dispatched so tracked on app which then Disappeared so called to be told they were busy and would have to wait a further 10-15 mins I explained I ordered early and was rudely told Id have to wait!! When driver did turn up was told he had school runs to do....On a sat!! At 19:00 I dont know any schools open Saturdays at 7pm wont be using again thats for sure

10/09/2019 Phoned for a taxi and asked for it asap. It arrived probably less than 10 mins after I phoned. Nice clean car - friendly driver who drove carefully. Excellent - delighted with the service.

isappointing! I booked a cab this morning and it wasnt on time so I rang them to ask what was going on and told the lady it was happening too often lately and expressed my disappointment. She was very rude and wouldnt even listen or apologise instead she cut me off. I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years and I use them every week. I think no customer deserves to be treated like that. The lady I spoke to was very unprofessional & lacks people skills. When the cab turned up, l got the same treatment from the driver. There was no apology whatsoever instead he said to me “what do you want me to do?”. Diamond Cars is becoming a joke!

Rubbish service. Booked a cab for 1645. At 1650 there was no sign, so I phoned to check. I was told the cab was on route and 4 minutes away. At 1700 there was still no sign, so I phoned again. I was initially told there was no booking, and then that the taxi would be with me in a minute or so. Same story 10 minutes later. Eventually the taxi arrived at 1715. I explained to the driver that I had a train to catch at 1745, and he really didnt seem bothered. Absolutely no recognition that he was 30 minutes late and no urgency. To cap it all, he pulled in next to a deep puddle so I could not get out. I made the train by the skin of my teeth. Hopeless company, use someone else.

Was taken to the love2stay caravan park from Shrewsbury normally £4,30 was taken round the houses and down the by pass and charged £9.45 for the privilege Not a very good company

Following Arriva cancelled all the buses out of Bridgnorth, Brambles Taxis came to my rescue, after a phone call a young lady turned up as agreed and took me Kidderminster station for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much Brambles Taxis, I will use your services every time in future visits to Bridgnorth. I can not thank you enough or rate your services high enough.

Helped me with all my shopping bags very good thanks cabbie.

Worst unreliable company ever, twice have rang them and was told it's just down the road, twice I've missed my train,will never try them again.

Ordered a taxi which drove right past me, even though I tried to flag it down. I called the driver staright away and told him he drove past me and asked him to come back. It took him 10minutes to return. Due to his lateness I missed my medical appointment. I told him to pull over and let me out as there was no point in continuing. He didn't ask me for the fare £4.70 and I thanked him for that. I thiught he was doing me agood deed as this was HIS fault. 2minutes later I get a phone call from the office from some incredibly rude 'woman' who was very abusive, called me a liar and wouldn't listen to a word I said. I will NEVER use this taxi firm again. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

If I could give 0 stars to this review I would. I have never met a ruder driver than last week when I had arranged to be collected from the airport. On drop off 2 weeks earlier another of their drivers left us 10 minutes walk away and I rang to complain as it was pouring down and we had large suitcases and hand luggage. I was told my grievance would be passed on to the manager. Two weeks later we were told to wait outside the airport and the driver would contact us. I was dark and very cold and eventually we rang and got put through to him only to be shouted at to hurry up or he would have to pay. We didn't know where he was and his English was poor. Eventually he stopped on the road and we had to run around some barricades to get to him. He shouted and called us liars and behaved dreadfully. I rang to complain and was told the manager would ring me back. I am still waiting.

i ordered a taxi for 7 people and they sent 2 taxis and they said it would come to £20 for them both my fried got in the one taxi and ended up paying £10 and i went in the other and said that i had to pay £20 when i explained that she had payed half and he wouldn't let me get out till i gave him the £20 i phoned this morning and explained and he was just rude

Booked a car for the end of a wedding at midnight, original fare £11. Called at 12.03am to be told our taxi was another 15 minutes away. Called at 12.23am when it had not arrived and was told another 15 minutes. Called at 12.49am when it still had not arrived to be told the driver had listed us as no-shows. Asked them to send another car, which arrived promptly but with a £29.70 fare. Called at 1.00am and was told this was a new job as their GPS showed the driver had been there. Got out the car and ordered an Uber, which is what you and anyone in the area should do instead. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use these charlatans for anything.

The worst taxi firm to come out of Wolverhampton, Don't waste your for advance bookings, as you will be waiting for pigs to fly the skies above; drivers moan about amount of drivers working for firm, and the £109 base fee they have to pay and duly over charge you ; to many unprofessional driver holding personal conversions, the list goes on. The council should do the right thing, and look into poorly run business which is allowed to expand without any problem at all, but at customers dismay

WOW!!!!!! Trained to overcharge and lie. I can not put NO stars. Asked for Executive pick up, paid for an Executive pick up. They confirmed a Mercedes E-Class or a BMW........ and then a Mazda turned up. Mazda.
