    • Taxi on sat night 15 mins late when I casually said to driver that he must be busy he proceeded to lecture me on how it's the public's fault , that they lie when they book they dont tell the truth when asked for destination and some customers ask to go different plzces on rout to destination , he was very rude had no people skills and should never be a driver also said hes been run ragged navy blue car think it was a jag he really needs some training on how to deal with the customers that pay his wages

    • Awful. Taxi was 30 mins late so we were late home for the babysitter. Driver didn't apologise. Driver nearly lost control of the car on the way home. And he charged £10 to get the sitter home when other firms charge £6. Appalling service.

    • Booked a car for 6.30pm for a restaurant booking at 7pm,at 6.40 I rang them to check on where the car was.Operators answer was we are running an hour behind so you car will arrive around 8pm.Telling me I should book an hour earlier to allow for this.Totally shocking service and attitude.The sooner Ola or Uber arrive in Plymouth ther better

    • Ruined my birthday. Ordered a taxi which arrived on time but impatient to wait more than 3 minutes for me to walk from the train to the front of the station. Told me hed cancelled when I got to the front. Made me late for my appointment. Never use again. Absolutely awful taxi company. Shoddy drivers.

    • Terrible service taxi didn't show up even though we booked 4 hours in advance. Control room have no idea what is going on or where the cabs are and lied to me several times saying taxi was on it's way. Never use this company again. Rubbish.

    • Having epilepsy and therefore not driving I regularly use taxifirst for my children's school run, my work, my social and my wifes business customers as we have done religously for the last twelve years.That's12 years guys. What a let down the last two months of No shows have been. I am so glad I am not a single lonely female phoning your company late at night aski.g when the taxi I order two hours ago is,..only to be told so many time Its on its way. I will not thank you for your bad none existant service.

    • Terrible service. Very rude woman on the phone. I needed to book a wheelchair access taxi to take my sick Dad from Derriford Hospital home to see my terminally ill Mum and the woman told me she couldnt sort a taxi unless I gave her dimensions of the wheelchair - I said it was just a standard sized push wheelchair but that wasnt good enough she snarled sourly etc etc. Not a nice experience. No such info needed from other taxi companies.

    • Booked a cab with 24 hours notice. Only to come home & find a card left saying that they were unable to "do your booking" two hours before the time booked to go to a wedding. Avoid these as you clearly cannot rely on them. One star for telling us rather than not turning up!!

    • Unreliable, argumentative and unwilling to fix their mistakes. Had prebooked a taxi following a wedding. It never appeared and when called, argued it had been their for half an hour. It turned out they'd stopped at a venue half a mile up the road, kept telling me they were at the marquee (there was none at our wedding) and had already picked guests up there (they probably had but not us, not from our venue). Were unwilling to send a taxi back to the correct postcode which was given from the start and left us stranded at 1 am. Options are slim in the area but try to avoid this lot if at all possible.
