Was over charged in journey from Ulverston to Barrow by almost 3 times. Paid £30 but have since had quotes of £11. Poor. Do not use. One star because I can't select zero

Booked well in advance - got a confirmation text. No taxi showed up and when I called they said they didnt cover the area (Ulverston) and cant be responsible for bookings their staff take when their staff dont listen. Had I been on my own this would have been quite frightening. Awful way to run a business - irresponsible.

We needed a taxi from a hotel in grange over sands as my husband couldnt travel back by train. We rang A Star Taxis. Very good service and very courteous and helpful. Thank you!!

My default taxi company for the Lancaster and Morecambe area. I don't use anyone else! Thank you for a great service, although Lancaster traffic can delay them sometimes, not their fault.
