Taxis in Wetherby, West Yorkshire

Mainline Taxis in Harrogate are a total disgrace I booked my Taxis with them 6 months prior both on emails, in person in there Harrogate Office & on 2 separate phone calls yet they still failed to send the booked in taxis at the time they had confirmed they would be doing they left my 86 year Mum who has got major Parkinsons Disease & is unable to walk so is now in a electric wheelchair and they were made fully of this when I made the bookings & myself having had one of my legs amputated to save my life, they left us for 55 mins late to collect my Mum, my Wife & myself on our Wedding back to the hotel where we had booked a meal for our Wedding so we were late for our Wedding meal & my Mum was left heart broken & they did not once say sorry .& actually there operator tried to blame myself for there own extremely bad communication to there own colleges,I will never ever use Mainline taxis in Harrogate again & I suggest any one looking for a Taxi in Harrogate avoid them like the Plague

I booked 2 taxis on the busiest pre Xmas night of the year only at lunchtime of the evening we were using the service, and was pleased to get our taxis booked ( this was the 3rd company I tried)! I was kept informed every 5 minutes from the time of our intended journey that "the driver was on his way" and then "the driver is outside venue", giving me name of driver, make and colour of car and even it's registration. Our venue was packed and everyone was leaving at the same time so I have given Mainline 5 stars because they arrived within 10 minutes of our arranged booking. The cars were clean and drivers courteous. Thank you Mainline!

Dangerous aggressive driving - DO NOT USE!!!

Totally unacceptable, driver picked up someone else , and had to ring again and wait 45 minutes. Complained to management who were rude . Not recommended

AWFUL. DO NOT USE, BUT IF YOU DO, DO NOT PREPAY. Pre paid Blueline to collect colleague from work, driver was not there, had to use airport taxi. Rather than sort, just argued the toss. Enjoy the free £26, hope it is worth it

Paid £30 for a 4 mile journey. Never told there was a call out charge to Bramhope. Totally ripped off. This should have been mentioned. There is no way a 4 mike journey should cost this much. Do not use from new Wharfdale Grange wedding venue.

Absolutely terrible taxi company!! Booked a taxi online as phone line no working!! Didnt say how long, still sat here 1 hr & 15 mins later nothing from them at all, the friend I booked it for has had to go out in pouring rain & get a bus, they are quick to take your money out of bank already certainly will NOT be using them again, wont let me put no star rating but a -10 from me

Shocking, we booked a return trip, and paid in advance, turned up 1 hour late, took us to destination then refused to come and take us home, unless we paid more. Left us stranded at night. Don't let them do it to you!!

Put my son in a taxi he's only 2 while tried to put the pram down couldn't put the pram down the taxi driver took my son out of the taxi without me knowing my son ran off good job I saw him at the corner of my eye the taxi driver it shouldn't even have got my son out I put him in there to be safe

Should have read other reviews before using It's Roadrunners. Initially told the taxi would arrive in 10 minutes. After repeated calls and each time being told 10 minutes it finally arrived after 50 minutes and we missed our appointment. Spoilt our evening.
