Taxis always arrive on time and the price is always good.

Poor Aggressive drivers in the past. Then when we went for a while alk and our dog collapsed Win tax said they wouldn't help us as they wouldnt allow a dog. Despite our predicament. Leaving two children and a collapsed dog stranded with myself 3 miles from home.

Had a taxi booked to take my Wife and I home after our wedding. Taxi never turned up leaving us as the the only people left at the venue. Called for over 15 mins with nothing but an answer phone message which as soon as I heard told me this was a cowboy operation... Will never be using these idiots again! Neither will any of the family who live in the area! Complete incompitence!

Appalling unreliable service.

Absolutely fuming! Pre booked for 12am! Didn't turn up, was rude on the phone saying he would be 20 minutes late, 12:50am waiting outside a pub by myself in the rain and still no taxi, phone him 8 times and won't answer the phone! Unreliable and rude STAY CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE! Useless!!!!!
