Taxis in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire

Will never ring these again. No customer service. We're late so called to check taxi was coming only to be faced with abuse and that taxi won't be coming. Rediculous. Late for meeting. Very poor service.

Joke of a company. Late and then very rude. No apology or compensation.

Awful taxis booked a taxi for half 2 and never showed up tried calling them loads of times to be ignored!! Not happy at all considering I had my son jabs and have now missed them

When I telephoned I was given an arrival time for the cab. All the facts were immediately sent by text to my cell phone. The cab turned up as stated, and the driver was very friendly and informative. When I arrived home I could not find my wallet. I telephoned the Dart office and told them that I may have dropped it in the cab. They called me back to say that the driver had located it, and it was returned to me intact. Not only were Dart honest, they were also reliable, and the driver was excellent company. Highly recommended.

It was a very special day for us as we needed to travel into Cambridge to pick my daughter's first car.It really was a very special added bonus of time spent with your driver today . We spent the entire journey chatting about shared interests mainly football and a couple of good shared fishing experiences.What makes your driver so very good and an absolute credit to you is he has the perfect blend of personality and professionalism and if you need any more convincing of his endless merits - he doesn't care that much for the Spurs and that surely must merit a healthy pay rise !

We pre-booked this taxi company to pick us up at 23:30 on the Saturday before xmas and it didn't turn up leaving us stranded in a small village not being able to get a taxi for another 90 mins - irresponsible as this could have been a young woman left in a very vunerable position.

most reliable taxis in Lynn and HONEST at least if they occasionally run few mins late they dont say taxi there in 2 mins and 15 mins later youre still waiting

Chris is an absolute credit to the local taxi service especially as he is reliable courteous extremely helpful and very punctual always on time as well as smartly dressed and would throughly recommend him to others

We have prebooked taxi a day before. I made it clear that the taxi is for the train station so I could not be late. At the day of my travel 10 minutes delay I called the operator, it took me 12 minutes to get through. She reassured me that the taxi was only “a couple of minutes away”. The taxi arrived only 35 minutes late after a had to take my own car at park it at the station ( had to pay for 3 days) I spoke to the operator later, she said that the driver was close but for some reason was delayed with another passenger. To my question what she did not warn me that the taxi would be late she said that she is to busy to get arm the customers. So the service us absolutely unreliable and if you have a strict time limit better not to relay on Kings Abbey Taxis!

Had taxi pre booked several days before going to a wedding at Pentney Abbey. It failed to turn up as ordered at midnight and when we phoned to check where it was operator lied about them having been at correct time and having DJ announce their presence. We checked with Abbey staff and DJ and they definitely hadn't turned up. After a long phone 'discussion' another taxi was finally sent out - after we'd spent an hour and quarter in the rain waiting. Two other groups there experienced exactly the same treatment and excuses from this company. Will definitely never use or recommend again.

Rude drivers and massively over priced

Rubbish taxi firm Could not be bothered to wait 2 minutes for me to get my shopping after I waited half an hour for it to be late. I would not recommend at all
