Wow, just had the guy interrupt me to say my journey was not available even though I had not even said when I needed a taxi. Before I finished asking, he hung up. Even if you can't do it, a bit of courtesy would be nice. Thank you

Called at the last minute after being let down by another company, friendly and professional driver, have used their services again since and found them equally as reliable.

Ringo's Taxis is the most friendly reliable taxi firm in west oxfordshire.

Details were on a website called BURFORD TAXIS (misleading!) so my friend called and arranged one as we were in Burford. Man on the phone was extremely rude and miserable and quoted £25. My friend felt bad saying no as he was aggressive so we accepted. However we then got a quote from a decent firm who quoted £10 as it was only a 10 minute journey, I cancelled the Chalbury Taxi BEFORE the pick up time. The owner Pete has been sending aggressive and threatening emails to me ever since demanding money. Wouldnt recommend to anyone - so unprofessional and clearly no people skills.

Visiting the area and struggled to find a taxi. Tried others before getting hold of Ringo's and so glad we did. Arrived when he said he would, taxi was exceptionally clean and safe, highly recommended.

Reliable with friendly staff!

Had taxi pre booked for early Wednesday evening. No show and when I tried ringing phone was repeatedly picked up and immediately put down so I couldn't speak to anyone. Had to resort to alternative company and ring restaurant to explain late arrival. Awful!

DO NOT USE!! This is the worst taxi company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I called for a taxi on a Sunday night and cancelled within 2 minutes. The MANAGER of the company answered the phone and was immediately rude to me asking me if I was joking, calling me a time waster and to top it all off, a "silly little girl" before hanging up on me! I do not believe he would talk to a man in this manner and I was incredibly angry. Absolutely atrocious customer service. I urge you to use any other taxi company in Oxford, thank you for reading
