Taxis in Workington, Cumbria

Fast reliable service when it is required. Sometimes it's hard to get a taxi in this town but when one was required it delivered. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Unreliable, don't answer phone after 8pm leave people stranded when taxis are booked well in advance

A taxi was booked for 2230 tonight for a short journey. Waited until 2240 and got a no show.Disgraceful way to treat customers,especially as we were unable to contact them. Will never use this company again and would recommend caution to other users

Spoke to a lady on the phone to book a taxi to pick my wife and child up, was told it would be 1am , if they could get there early they would call. We waited outside at 1am. I called when they were 10 minutes late. This time a driver answered , he had no knowledge of our booking and would not pick us up until much later. To top it off his attitude was bad and didnt care there was a child out in the cold rainy night and that his taxi firm where the cause of it .

Brians Taxi service was very efficient. We ordered a cab in the morning to take us to Scafell Pike, cab arrived very quickly and Tony was very cheerful and knowledgable of the area. We even had an issue paying our fare due to lack of signal, and was very patient as we were sorting it out. Overall, we had an amazing experience, and if we came back up from London, we would definitely use this service again.
