    • The best cab service in Norwich as there are set prices so you don't get overcharged and it doesn't change in price. Never arrived more than 10 minutes late before, normally slightly early.

    • ..I was using these guys for months to get myself and my daughter to school, the drivers were great and really polite, I had an ongoing booking and service with them, after bad experiences from other, unreliable taxi company's... But as of a few weeks ago a new manager seems to be operating it, contradicting his drivers bookings, very rude, abrupt and not user friendly, ignoring regular customers now.. I had a booking with a great driver, I asked to rebook for the next day, he did, no problem, the next day the new manager drove me and my daughter to school, claimed there was NO booking and told us we couldn't use them for over a week, very abrupt and rude, unless management changes there avoid!!! Very BAD customer service...

    • reached 47 in 30 zone. took at least 6 calls on a hand held 'phone 15 min. trip. Took both hands off steering wheel to get paper and pencil and write somethig down. Enough said!

    • Wouldn't fault the service. Was sent a taxi within 10 minutes. Taxi driver was so lovely and was very talkative! Much prefer this service compared to other taxi company's!! Would highly recommend and get prices!

    • Cannot believe how rude the people who work here are. Asked very clearly for a cab for six people to be sent, they send a car instead. Not a big issue until we called them back to ask why a cab for 6 hadn't been sent. They outright refused to listen to us, got extremely rude and were very aggressive in their response. They constantly spoke over us and didn't give us the chance to explain anything and instead hung up on us. We called back to try and have a civilised conversation, where they ended up yelling again, said "wrong number" and proceeded to hang up. Not what you expect at all from a cab company, would not recommend using them as if anything goes wrong, they will not take any responsibility and instead blame the customer. 1 star given purely to post this.

    • We were picked up from harry barbor close by a man called Richard who was Very rude to my neice and made her feel very uncomfortable to carry on her ride so she had to get out and order another taxi when she had a 10 yr old child with her all my neice said was she thought it was a bit expensive and she didnt mean to offend him ,, until we here from you we wont be ordering from you again Beverly close or harry barber

    • Liars and cheats, quote you £7 but charge you £9 if you dont pay they call the police AVOID AVOID AVOID. The most unpleasant taxi service in Norfolk. I rode in taxi number 883 numberplate PY66 NHL. How do they still get any customers? My first, AND LAST time. I will report to the council tomorrow morning.

    • Terrible company. I called for a taxi today to be told I had been blacklisted because I had apparently called for a taxi at this location and not turned up! When I have only ever been dropped off at the location the night before. This was my first time trying to arrange a taxi to be picked up at the location! Whether the driver had accidentally blacklisted me I do not know! Wont be using again, and I would encourage other people not too.
