Taxis in Yatton, Bristol, Avon

I have used this firm for several years but I regret to report they now have one driver who simply doesn't bother to turn up if he finds it inconvenient. Twice I have missed crucial medical appointments on account of this behaviour. I have of course reported this to their central switchboard who assure me it will never happen again -and then it does.

Excellent and very reliable service, have used them for over 10 years and they've never let me down.

Cancelled my booking that I made the previous evening with no communication or offers of a refund. I waited 20 minutes without an update before I rang and said they couldn't find a driver due to "school runs". This is not the first time it has happened.

On time as always 5*

Booked a return trip to Bristol a week in advance. They took us there no problem but 10 minutes before our agreed collection time, they rang to say they were cancelling due to drivers being busy on other jobs, leaving us stranded.Disgusting behaviour. They should have their licence revoked.

Organised for a pick up to go to station. They didnt turn up so I called to be told they didnt have a driver available and they were very sorry. Not as sorry as me! Neatly missed my train to London. Terrible & unacceptable service.

Worst company ever we booked a taxi a week in advance to be taken to a works evening event. At the due time we received a text saying a delay when we called them they said no taxis were available in our area. We had a confirmation text of our booking. Would never use or recommend this company!

Worst taxi company going, if 0 stars was possible that's what they'd get. Booked a taxi to take me to work 7am, two days before. On the morning of that day they rang me at 6.59 to advise me they haven't got a driver and hung up. Avoid this joke of a company.

Driver drove so fast that it made a vulnerable individual entrusted to their care throw up. Then stormed into her work place, harassing hotel staff and embarrassing her further (whilst also making false claims that they have covid). Completely unacceptable and disgusting behaviour from the driver.

Please do not trust this unreliable company, also known as Techxi. They left me stranded late at night by giving me 30 minutes notice cancelling my booking, which I had made 5 days previously.

Picked up at 5.00am for an airport run with 5 friends on a mini bus, considering I am disabled & in a wheelchair the whole experience was fantastic & the driver was brilliant. However on the return leg from Bristol airport the taxi was not there. When I phoned the company they said they had incorrectly booked me in for the day later! They had no taxis available @ said to get an airport taxi home. I will never use this company again ppp......!

This company doesn't deserve even a one star! Booked a taxi for four people including a 6 month pregnant lady and her 9 year old child. I spoke to the controller and my brother-in-law came on the phone to give his mobile number. We were told the taxi would be with us between 10.10pm and 10.25pm. When it didn't turn up we phoned again and they denied that we had booked it. We tried to reason with the guy on the phone, explaining the circumstances, but he made no effort to rectify the situation and kept hanging up on us. By the time we gave up ( never having been rude to him) all other taxi companies were booked up because it was 11.30pm on a Saturday night. Why didn't they say they couldn't take the booking at 9.45pm when we phoned? We might have had a chance of getting another taxi company. The four people had to walk over two miles home late at night!!! I am disgusted and incensed by the lack of customer care. Just because they take your booking - don't expect them to turn up !!!

Precision Service. Great driver on both journeys to and from Heathrow. Good communication with office and a very good price. All aspects executed with great precision. Thoroughly recommend.

I was calling for an airport transfer at 5am. And unfortunately they couldn't do it. However they gave me two phone numbers to call and some other options and I got it sorted out! Excellent service even though I wasn't going to be their customer!

Fair price for airport run, good service, on time both ways.

Do not use! On several occasions now they've turned up late, no update, no apology, no explanation. The drivers are unfriendly, playing loud music and ignoring requests to turn it down. On my last trip, I frankly didn't feel safe in the car the way the driver was driving - too fast, no indicating, running red lights. I used them because they are based so close to where I live, but refuse to use them again. Walking would be better.

A very friendly driver called Bunky, with great customer service skills helped myself and my disabled son to get from temple meads to Kingswood with his wheelchair. He charged a fair price and was very knowledgeable of the route to take avoiding traffic. Thank you Bunky for a pleasant Taxi service. Janet, London x

Altogether a lovely experience! Nice friendly polite driver, clean car and most importantly very reasonable fare!!

I was left shaken after using Club Cars. I was getting my cat home after a major surgery and the driver at one point blasted the radio so loud that my cat got really distressed and I had to raise my voice to ask him to turn it down. The driver did not wear his seat belt and when I rang to complain the owner of the company told me that it was the driver's choice and not the law. He drove erratically, going over the edges of the road. He said he didn't like it when it was dark (the country road was unlit) because he liked to put his foot down and he couldn't see if the police were behind him when it was dark. He initially said the taxi would me £15 but then charged be £18. I called to complain but received a disgusting response from the company. They offered a half price (and then free) taxi and clearly didn't understand that I wasn't comfortable using them again after what I just went through. I will NEVER use this company again considering the distress caused to my pet.

My daughter pre booked a taxi to get to work. Called for the second time for an update (24 minutes after the agreed pickup) to be told that she was not a prioritydidnt realise you run a priority list. Would be keen to know what is the criteria for this list. I had to return home to drop her to work. Very poor service as this was pre-booked with 2 hours notice.

Ordered wheelchair taxi to take my mother to hospital. Taxi arrived One hour late, and was standard car incapable of taking a wheelchair. Very important hospital appointment missed. Don't use them.

I,m on dialysis at South Bristol Dialysis Unit, Ive been there a few years and yet theyll pick me up lunch time but come late afternoon they forget to book you in for your ride home. How they can forget someone that easily I dont know

Wonderful Streamline saved the day. My train to Abbeywood to transfer to Worcester for daughters wedding was cancelled at a monutes notice and next train would not het there in time. Streamline were fantastic got me there with 50 minutes to spare. Lovely driver calmed me fown and cheered me up. Love them!

The best taxi company in bristol costs a little more but provides an excellent service!

Friendly and reliable

Had a wheelchair taxi booked for a vulnerable person. About half an hour before the taxi was due All the twos then refused to pick. This resulted in their appointment being missed. This is not only disgusting but it is against the law to refuse taxi services to disabled people because of their wheelchairs.
