The LOLER regulations came into force on the 5th of December 1998 and apply to all equipment used in Lifting Operations. About Us I have worked as a Tree Surgeon for over ten years. I set up Monster Tree Services 6-12 months ago initially part time turning full time in the last 4 months. I was keen to set up my own business as it allows me to use my skills specifically to provide a clean organised and reliable service.
