Vets in UK

Hadnt visited since 2020 - now owned by a larger company so prices seem to have rocketed. Very unprofessional from my experience. Would not recommend now.

Uncaring unprofessional Manged to cut my dog more than one ce while clipping him to be sedated then have the cheek to blame it on his skin condition also ask permission to do a Scan which was authorised but did not do it Avoid at all costs

Helen is the vet we always see and she has been amazing. Cannot comment on the others as I've always made a point of seeing her. 10/10 vet

Excellent service from Excellent vets, throughout the pandemic they continued to see us & our pets. My parents started going there when they opened & I have continued to go with all my pets. As have my son and all of his pets. Brilliant

Awful. Do I need to say more after the reviews Ive seen. DONT GO THERE. especially the totally rude receptionist. Oh dear I have to give a one star post. They deserve none.

Very impressed , very well managed and dedicated veterinarian team .with many years expireance . I love my dogs like they were my children and I would not put the life of my dogs if sick in anyone else's hands , but the team at cambridge road vets . They are fantastic and with out a doubt completely dedicated , to the well being of the pets in ellesmereport .WELL DONE TO THEM ALL .

Modern building that's clean a well presented. Reception is relaxed and friendly, although a little cluttered. I cannot fault the vets. They are down to earth, kept me up to date with costs and there was no hard sell; quite the opposite, which was very refreshing. Easily 5 Stars

Brilliant vets they removed a large lump on my dogs tail , it is now fully healed they did not try to sell me anything else, I also asked for his ears and teeth to be cleaned at the same time ,I now have a much happier dog.They were not judgemental and I thought the price was very cheap for the the work undertaken. The staff were nice and friendly too. If your pet has any ailments do not hestitate to take them , it will save you lots of worry, we were out of our minds with worry and now our boy is no longer suffering we are all so happy.

Went in with Milo (2.5 month old pup). The staff were nice, noted his weight (I'd only just got him a couple of days before) and gave him some worming drugs. He had his top up and we were on our way. I saw 3 people leave and they all seemed happy enough (both had cats). I've never owned a dog before (parents did), so I can't compare to the vets when I was little... but he seemed competent enough. Seemed to be well priced as well.

Don't go to him he will rob you of your money and of your loved pet.

I took my puppy here in September for injections. They did the first injection and charged me for ALL injections up front. Two weeks late I arrived for second appointment and the vet takes him away then returns "I am sorry we don't have the vaccine solution" but it's ok he can come back and have it with his next injections. So 3 weeks later I call back and they say oh you have left it too late, the vaccines have to be done exactly 4 weeks later. you will have to pay again and start all injections. I asked for a summary of this in email they said they were too busy, but might be able to email me if they have time... If the timings of these appointments are so important then the business should PRE book this instaed of asking you to call back later to book. They even said that "I should have researched the vaccines myself and if I had then I would have known this".

Gave them excellent care, wormed them and seemed to get the dosages spot on. One of them had an old wound from a previous home and he fully assessed it and removed some necessary loose tissue. He also managed to spot an old dog bite on the other and i couldn't have spotted it at all! Really seemed to care. They dont cost the earth either i spent 50 and got them both registered, fully checked over and given worming medication for it.

My kitten was looked after and given treatment, friendly vets who look their pets! Prices for treatments are not sky high either!

The guy did a bad job on our visit, not worth the £35 per pet consultation fee at all.
