Visited Dans Carpets Wood on the offchance. Needed wood for the upper levels of my house. Great selection at great prices. Very knowledgeable as well, Dan talked me through my options and offered me a very good deal. The wood fitter recommended did an excellent job. Will be going back to get my stair carpets.

I decided to support my local independent business and buy my new bathroom vinyl floor from Dan's Carpets and have it fitted with them as well. I cannot complain about the vinyl flooring that I purchased, however when the fitter had completed the fitting there were kinks and bobbles in the flooring close to the floor edges, the sealant that had been used looked like an all purpose sealant and made the overall appearance of the vinyl look cheap and bodged. No apology offered; new vinyl and refitting offered at a further 50 charge. Improvement needed to compete with more established companies.

Had my whole house fitted out by Dan's Carpets. Had previously gone to Carpetright. Not only did they save me over 300 he actually provided a better quality underlay. The fitting was excellent and would highly recommend.

The customer service is appalling. Useless at responding to issues. Also, be incredibly careful with what you purchase from them, Ive had a carpet thats been loosing lint ever since we got it a few years ago. It also discoloured in areas. Id just avoid and go somewhere else.

Set up natural carpets, wanted to put something that wouldn't harm the environment.
