Mo was very professional, thought through the process of solving the challenging flooring problem, and the result was excellent. Everything was tidied up before he left, and we were very happy with his work.

I can't fault the service. We had Camaro vinyl flooring fitted throughout downstairs floors. From initial enquiry to complete install was 8 weeks. Fantastic service from all the team. Professionally handled and expertly fitted.

IF YOUR IN TO LIARS. This is your go to shop! I was quite impressed when I first encountered this place. The fella had the house design already at hand, boss! So fitting day comes! The men arrive nice and early! Then they leave, they forgot to do the cupboard in the hallway. Called them up and they say “ we only had the hall stairs and landing down” haha funny because these suggested the cupboard to Us. So I know for a fact that was in the price! Dont let these little divvys take the piss and mess u around, I was going to get the rest of my house done but for the “lies” Bill and Bob (whatever the names) can get stuffed! Make sure you watch them do the job and make sure the jobs done before they leave. Because they will do half a job and Will think your brand new.

I contacted R&R due to my previous carpet supplier letting me down heavily on a job. Sam in the showroom was exceptionally professional and bent over backwards to fulfill my requirements, while the fitters not only arrived on site early, but also produced some of the best work I have seen during 20 years in the construction industry. I cannot recommend R&R highly enough. Excellent range of products and styles, superb customer service, great pricing and fitting times, while always professional and helpful.

Having bought my carpets online, Alan provided an excellent fit only service and was able to provide a few extra bits and pieces. He managed to squeeze the job in even though it was just before Christmas. I found his communications to be clear and accurate, great price and very friendly local guys. Nice that you can get St Albans people to do a genuinely good job at very reasonable prices. Carpet took slightly longer to obtain than we were told, but the fitters turned up on the agreed date and did an excellent job fitting the carpet in a room with some awkward corners.

I had a problem with another carpet supplier & though we had never had any dealings with this company before they were so helpful & solved the problem created by another company at no cost to ourselves. Although Steve was very prompt in quoting for our floor covering, and also in getting it fitted-in the week we asked for it, the service was very poor after that. He said he would source the door bar for us as it was not one that is readily stocked. So we paid for the full job assuming he would keep his word and he would get the door bar and finish the job. He also took the existing door bar we had to try and match it up and despite numerous phone calls and texts, he still has not returned the door bar or finished the job. When my husband asked for a timeline as to when he could do it he just laughed. I would definitely not recommend this company as they don't seem to understand the concept of good customer service and have treated us very poorly-after sales service is appalling. Steve needs to learn about how to treat customers properly.

Excellent service from this local company. Sue and Tom were extremely helpful in getting extra samples from Crucial Trading and at no time did I feel rushed to make a final choice. The end result was stunning and their carpet fitters did an excellent job. Many thanks to all of you.

I was really happy with the experience I had with The Carpet and Homestore, they're based in Penzance, however I'm not from the local area so a lot of the arranging was done via email and the phone. They were very flexible when things needed changing and the carpets themselves were fitted well and they tidied up after themselves as well. I would definitely recommend them and would be happy to use them again.

We popped into the Carpet and Homestore as it is fairly local to us. Sue and her son Tom were on hand to give us some samples to take away. We chose a vinyl floor and they supplied and fitted it for us. The room is a peculiar shape and we are very pleased with the way they have fitted it as being a Cornwall cottage the lines are not always straight. Customer service is very important to me and at Carpet and Homestore it is second to none at the Carpet and Homestore as I called out of hours and someone picked up the phone and helped me. The fitters were also very polite and friendly. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them. They deserve 5 stars.

The quality of service we recieved was excellent in both the shop and also when the carpet was fitted. We compared prices with other shops which showed we were getting a bargain as well!

Don't believe that an independent carpet shop means higher prices! The prices beat everyone in the area, great person to deal with. Supplied and fitted on time perfect. Highly recommend!
