Excellent from start to finish. Helpful when choosing in the showroom. What they promised was delivered. The fitters were an excellent team. It was a more complicated job than it first looked (because of our quirky old cottage) but they carried on with good humour, and persevered until the job was finished. They cleaned up before they left, took away the old fire and packaging etc, they made sure we were happy and satisfied, and knew how to use the stove. We were extremely impressed by the attention to detail, the high level of customer service and would not hesitate in recommending them. Top class.Thankyou. We are now sitting in front of our lovely new stove.

Terrible after sales service. The fire that turned up was not what we ordered & when I phoned to query it they said the supplier must have changed the design, no apology or other explanation. I have problems with the fascia not fitting correctly & the main ceramic base cracked within 2 weeks. I had problems getting to speak with the owner or the installation engineer who is related to the owner. The gas safe certificate never arrived and turned out not to be registered despite twice being told they had done it. Each time I asked for this I was fobbed off until I said I had contacted Gas Safe directly. They will not come back out to fit a new ceramic base & keep fobbing me off saying the part is on order & there is no stock "due to Covid". I contacted the UK supplier myself & they have stock. They apologised for the faulty part or any faulty fitting. The shop and fitter have never apologised at all for any of the issues. The shop owner is dismissive & arrogant on the phone. Bad service

I was very impressed with The Fireplace & Stove Centre, I used them to fit a new fireplace and electric fire and found they did everything they said they would in the agreed time. The staff were very polite and professional and gave great advise on other matters. They kept disruption to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again if needed and would without a doubt recommend them.

I drive past The Fireplace And Stove Centre nearly every day and one day decided to stop and go in as I was after a new fireplace and fire. From start to finish I was so pleased with everything they did for me. The staff were so knowledgeable and what I was after and gave me such good advice. When they arrived at my home they saw I didn't have a topper for my chimney soo put one of those on for me and installed my new fireplace. Everything went smoothly, they arrived on time and tidied up after they were done. This was my first time using them and I would highly recommend them to anyone as I'm so pleased with the work they did for me.

This shop has some stunning unique fireplace and wood burners, extremely helpful staff, and found exactly what we were looking for.

Absolutely first class service, on time and friendly. Fire serviced and cleaned fire leaving it looking like new. No mess and very professional. Recommended to my son and they have been just amazing with his broken fire too. 10/10

I used Camden Fires & Pine Ltd for the first time recently for a gas fire and marble suite installation and it was okay, everything was fine with their services and they left everything clean and tidy and they were polite and professional. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Our overall experience with The Fireplace Gallery (Cheltenham) Ltd was extremely good. We had a new fireplace installed by them, after enquiring with a few other companies first, to shop around, the reason we decided to go with The Fireplace Gallery Ltd was that their sales person Danielle was great, she was very patient and knowledgeable and explained all the options to us to ensure we were getting the right product for us. This was above and beyond the other companies and we were very pleased. The delivery and fitting process was great and on time, with no mess left. We have already recommended the company to others for the 5 star service they provide.

We had an issue with our gas fire that no other company could help us with. The Fireplace Gallery not only came and fixed our issue, reconnecting it all, but they always went above and beyond the call of duty. We would certainly recommend them without reservation. 1st class service!

The Fireplace Gallery Ltd were recommended to me and now I am recommending them to others. They came out to fit me a new fireplace, the staff were great and very friendly. They turned up on time and left things tidy when the job was completed. I had a really excellent experience using them.

I am very happy with my new fireplace. There was a lot of stuff that needed to be ripped out of our old fireplace for the new one. The fitters did a great job and left everything clean as possible after all that mess. We now have a lot of decoration to do but its worth it as soon we will have a beautiful front room. The staff here are really nice and let us wander around the shop to find what we wanted and they didn't pressure us to by anything. Overall the experience here was very very good and I highly recommend using them.

This company are brilliant, we purchased a new fireplace from them which is absolutely beautiful. We visited their store and all of the staff were really friendly and very knowledgeable about all the different products. I would definitely recommend them.
