Fabulous service from Fields and would not go anywhere else for white goods. Just had a new washing machine installed. Super job, all staff were so helpful and accommodating. All very knowledgeable. The old washing machine was taken out and the new appliance instillation was so quick and efficient. All made possible by two lovely gentlemen. There really is nowhere better to shop. My old oven died Fields fitted a new one for me the same day, plus the fitting was free. Comet Currys wanted to charge me over 80. I will always be shopping Fields so will my family

Working for the NHS during the pandemic, it is imperative that I can wash my uniform everyday. The staff at A1Spares gave me the help and advise I needed, had the parts in stock and saved me from the expense of a new machine. Can't recommend them highly enough. Five stars and a smiley face from me :)

Made my appointment on Monday, engineer was here this morning and all fixed in 30 minutes! So polite and quick, would recommend A1 Spares totally. 5 stars from me.

Rang on Friday as had a wire come out of a bra and couldn't find it with the things I tried. The guy on the 'phone talked me through some self help measures we could try but I explained I had done that already. He booked us in for Monday. Phone call came about 15 minutes before the engineer arrived. Very efficient. The machine is a big washer dryer and it took him some time to get it out and turn it round so he could take off the back. He fixed the problem, tested the appliance to make sure it was working properly and took photos of his work. Would use again

Ordered new washing machine and was given date for installation of new and disposal of old. Everything like clockwork. Very polite and professional gentlemen installed new machine at appointed time and took away the old one. What more could I ask. Cannot recommend A1 highly enough. Superb service. Carole Farrell

Bought a few items from this company staff very polite and helpful. however some products from company did have a few faults to which the company attended to but not always. id like the company to return calls and make good faults when asked and not have to continuously expedite and would still like to be contacted before warranties etc run their course
