    • Very dishonest company. We needed an electrician for an emergency situation. We told them what was needed before he was sent out. The guy came out looked over our fuse box , looked absolutely confused as to what to do. I was immediately uncomfortable having this confused person work on what was an already dangerous situation. He explained how he couldnt do the work because it was very complicated and he even needed a handyman to dig up the front garden. After 10mins I took him out of his misery and asked for a quote. The so called electrician then spends the next hour and ten minutes typing up a quote. I got tired of having him in my house doing nothing, so I asked if he was done with the quote and if I could have it. He said to me the office now have the scope of works and they will send me the complete quote. They proceed to still bill me for a whole hour plus VAT (£133) even though he had decided 10mins in he couldnt do the work. We waited a couple of days for the quote, heard n

    • Aaron removed my skirting boards in advance of a wooden floor being fitted. He also replaced the boards and did a small amount of plastering in the room. He was punctual, tidy, efficient and did a great piece of work. I will definitely use him again.
