Alan quoted for the job in person, but while I was away the job was completed by another plumber. The work was of a really poor quality and did not meet regulations. Only good point was Alan came and made good the work that did not regulations after being contacted a few times and getting the gas safety register involved. Exterior work is still of poor quality but the install now meets regulations. From other reviews, Im sure Alan is a good plumber, but have in mind he does use other plumbers who are clearly inexperienced.

I can't recommend Bryan highly enough. He sorted out a problem at my rental property within 24 Hour's of contacting him and I'll definitely be using him again..

Great plumber, immediately diagnosed the fault with my boiler and got it back up and running. Friendly and reliable.

We have had the pleasure of Mr Tong looking after our little family over the years, with leaks, drips, and other disasters. Mr Tong can fix anything. I trust him with my life.

Good work, reasonable price, nice guy.
