• I am writing to inform you that I was the guy stranded by the RAC recently for 22HOURS and this guy had the decency to stop and assist me in my hour of need.So whatever you need I would have no hesitation in recommending someone who has the decency to assist a complete stranger with no thought for himself. • In response to my review in the early hours of this morning I am pleased to say that Luke came to see me this morning. He apologised and offered compensation for the error. This mistake has no bearing on his professionalism as he is a trustworthy, professional engineer and I know for a fact my landlady would not deal with anyone who was less than highly professional and honest.
