Did a gas safety check and found a lot of faults and fixed them.

We had a gas leak and called them they were quick to respond and sorted the problems.

Did a great job for us fitting anew boiler in a really old house, which wasnt straight forward. Other tradesmen had quoted us double, and told us a load of work was needed, whereas McCanns found a way around it. Knows what he is doing, and a good bloke.

Absolutely first class service from Tom. Replaced our old boilers with a combi and fitted a new radiator in the bathroom. Gave us loads of good advice on this and other jobs we need doing in the house; a really friendy and helpful man and I'm sure the other guys in McCanns work to the same high standard. Impressed with the speed and efficiency of the workers who installed my new boiler. The price was very competitive and service second to none. Cleaned up as they went along with very little disruption to the household. Highly recommend this firm to do an excellent job and very friendly workmen who were more than happy to explain the process in non technical terms so that it was easy to understand. Guy came out and told me he COULD fix my fire but couldn't be bothered as he was too busy. He then left and charged me £55 pounds for a "consultation". Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Got paid and never finished the work

I am writing to inform you that I was the guy stranded by the RAC recently for 22HOURS and this guy had the decency to stop and assist me in my hour of need.So whatever you need I would have no hesitation in recommending someone who has the decency to assist a complete stranger with no thought for himself. I hope to use your services in the future and once again I thank you.

In response to my review in the early hours of this morning I am pleased to say that Luke came to see me this morning. He apologised and offered compensation for the error. This mistake has no bearing on his professionalism as he is a trustworthy, professional engineer and I know for a fact my landlady would not deal with anyone who was less than highly professional and honest. Mistake with leaking pipe quickly rectified

This whole team of guys are amazing, from the lady that answers the phone, to the engineers. Prompt to come out, find fault and repair. I wouldnt use any other company and I highly recommend them. 5/5
