TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Waited all day for this company to come out as was assured they would be here and didn't turn up!! No phone call saying they not coming. No apology. No answer when I rang them. Absolutely disgusting. Only got 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without otherwise it would be ZERO STARS.

Engineer visited on time and was very friendly. Was only here a short while as issue was easily resolved. Pleasant experience, no negative experience.

Previous comments extremely accurate, had a repair booked with them through Domestic and General a few months ago, did not turn up, failed calls, numerous excuses, in the end insurer replaced appliance due to Kent Appliances continually not turning up, this was my previous experience of this crowd, have changed insurer for new machine, they use a different repairer I now get a brilliant service.

Appalling service dont turn up, cant fix a chocolate button dont answer phone, dont respond to complaints and worst customer service I have ever experienced
