Double Glazing in UK

We've used Alpha a couple of times over the last few years. They used to be a decent company to deal with but lately they are unfortunately not. We had many issues on our latest project (all due to products supplied by Alpha). Simon, the owner, couldn't even be bothered to come out and see for himself the issues we had. We still to this day haven't resolved these issues but we will have the last laugh. I wouldn't use Alpha again. They're too concerned on making as much money as they can and not customer service anymore unfortunately.

Tom's team did a brilliant job, fitting 6 windows and a door. Despite a glass supply issue. The team returned to rectify some minor snagging work, and left the job completed to a high standard. Tom kept in touch throughout. All for a realistic price. Highly recommended. Frank in Bolton.

Having read the other reviews I couldnt agree more with the majority of them that where first class. We have had our conservatory glass roof replaced by a tiled one, Tom came and gave us a lot of advice and a comprehensive quote. So we placed the order and the job is now complete to a very high standard. The team where hard working always on time. I would recommend this Company to anybody. SATISFIED CUSTOMER

We hired Advanced Conservatory Systems for new windows and doors throughout the whole house and they were absolutely fantastic, their work was brilliant, they were very polite and very clean, they kept on tidying up after themselves, we would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends and neighbours, top marks without a doubt.

I used Advanced Conservatory Systems for the first time to fit new windows and doors throughout my property and they were brilliant. Tom who came out to give me a price was excellent and very reassuring regarding the products to be used. The fitters were also great, they said they would be all done in 2 days and they were, leaving everything neat and tidy. I would certainly use them again and have already recommended them to my Sister who wants a new conservatory.

We initially hired Advanced Conservatory Systems for new windows, and then when builders were too slow at coming back to us he took on the doors and garage conversion too. Tom is very friendly and gave us an honest, competitive quotation that had no hidden extras in it. The whole team are extremely professional and friendly who deliver extremely high standards of workmanship using quality products. They give friendly and honest customer care and they are totally trustworthy and polite, even taking their shoes off etc, all of these qualities are very important to us and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Great friendly service, had four replacement units for windows that had filled with condensation after 15 years. Also was the only place that I could find that came out and attempted to fix my leaking glass conservatory roof, without wanting to completely replace it! Great job, quickly done, and now leak free. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic company. Quick response for quotation and fitting and work completed to a lovely standard. We had replacement glazing in a sliding patio door and a replacement window sill fir one if our windows. We are so pleased we have now asked for a quote for some other work to be undertaken in our house. Lovely customer service over the phone too.

After much deliberation my wife and I decided to have our aged windows replaced and on a recommendation we visited the showroom/shop of WJ Richardson in West Wickham. It was the best thing we could have done as from the initial contact to the completion of the job their service was first class. Just before they was to start we were given a 'plan of action' which meant we could prepare the respective rooms the day before. The 4 man team arrived just after 9am each day and were a pleasure to have around. Easy to get on with answering any questions we had, they were polite and very respectful of our home environment leaving the minimal amount of clearing-up to be done. Their workmanship was top class. I was absolutely dreading having two new windows fitted, one in the kitchen and one in our second bedroom. WJ Richardson had been recommended to be my somebody else on our block could use them to do sliding doors. They couldn't have been better. The two theatres arrive promptly at 9 AM and were courteous and smiling and helpful throughout the day. They absolutely made a minimum of mess, cleared up after them, did a brilliant job, and the windows look absolutely fantastic. I am absolutely thrilled and would heartily recommend them
