Double Glazing Repairs in Wales

We've used Alpha a couple of times over the last few years. They used to be a decent company to deal with but lately they are unfortunately not. We had many issues on our latest project (all due to products supplied by Alpha). Simon, the owner, couldn't even be bothered to come out and see for himself the issues we had. We still to this day haven't resolved these issues but we will have the last laugh. I wouldn't use Alpha again. They're too concerned on making as much money as they can and not customer service anymore unfortunately.

Needed a new mirror for a cabinet urgently. Contacted Taylor Glass because of the positive reviews. Went in the same day and left with the mirror. Lovely people and an amazing service that made the travel completely worth it. Thank you so much.

don't usually do review's but this company is worthy of one, I phoned them to inquire about having a glass panel replaced in my door they sent somebody out that day to measure up and price, they came out the next day to fit it, done by two very helpful and cheerful lads I would definitely use again if needed.

Great company, I was originally provided with a quotes via email, which we agreed was perfect. Dropped our mirrored table of and it was done 3 days later like nothing ever happened! If you are looking for a glass or mirror specialist look no further!!! Highly recommend Taylor glass. Thank you To all the lads at the office for a first class job!
