I am writing to inform you that I was the guy stranded by the RAC recently for 22HOURS and this guy had the decency to stop and assist me in my hour of need.So whatever you need I would have no hesitation in recommending someone who has the decency to assist a complete stranger with no thought for himself. I hope to use your services in the future and once again I thank you.

In response to my review in the early hours of this morning I am pleased to say that Luke came to see me this morning. He apologised and offered compensation for the error. This mistake has no bearing on his professionalism as he is a trustworthy, professional engineer and I know for a fact my landlady would not deal with anyone who was less than highly professional and honest. Mistake with leaking pipe quickly rectified

Workman was considerate and effcient.

Needed a new boiler to be installed in the home, experienced staff and did the work quickly.

Did a great job for us fitting anew boiler in a really old house, which wasnt straight forward. Other tradesmen had quoted us double, and told us a load of work was needed, whereas McCanns found a way around it. Knows what he is doing, and a good bloke.

Absolutely first class service from Tom. Replaced our old boilers with a combi and fitted a new radiator in the bathroom. Gave us loads of good advice on this and other jobs we need doing in the house; a really friendy and helpful man and I'm sure the other guys in McCanns work to the same high standard. Had problem with central heating system, no hot water, had a blockage, sorted out problem, friendly reliable service.

i called him and reported i had water dripping though ceiling, he arrived within the hour, found a heating pipe leaking and repaired it, this is the first time i used this company

Did a gas safety check and found a lot of faults and fixed them.

We had a gas leak and called them they were quick to respond and sorted the problems.
