Fixed my brake, low repair charge, well recommended!

Engine was fixed, they managed to do the repair on the same day! Very friendly service!

Car brake was repaired here, the repair was done in short time.They did not charge me much either, since the repair the problem has not come back, such reliable service.

Took my lady's Clio to Simon for MOT and service. He was very efficient, showed me all the old service items, advised on areas that will need attention within the next 6 months. Seat/footwell covers used, very reasonable price. I shall continue to use him, good guy.

Been using the garage for at least 8yrs or more with Renault and other makes if car ,can't fault the place reliable ,professional,go out of their way to help you out,have saved me hundreds of pounds over the year's,wouldn't go anywhere else.

Mayswood Garage are excellent, I had a flat battery so they came out and collected the car for me, I had also missed having a service so they sorted that for me as well, the lady in the offices even came and picked me up so I didn't have to get a taxi, they really went the extra mile for me, a great company that I would have no hesitation to recommend.

Mayswood Garage are just a really good company. I have been a customer of theirs for 15 years. They are reasonable price for the quality of work they do. The staff are really polite and helpful. They took the time to go through all they work they were going to do on my car and if I wanted anything else done on the car. Ive been using them for years, they very easy to deal with, ordering tyres and tracking on my cars. Five stars *****

I was advised by Chemix that I had an irreparable tyre puncture. Accepting this, I ordered and paid for a new tyre. I later discovered that the tyre had not been replaced at all, and the supposedly 'irreparable' tyre had been patched in an unsafe fashion. Producing my receipt, and having the same tyre still attached to my vehicle, I returned to Chemix, and explained the problem. Chemix refused to accept that they were at fault, refused to either refund me, or carry out the work originally requested. I have been left out of pocket and at potential risk due to this poorly run company. I would give 0 stars if I could, as my dealings with this business have left an extremely sour taste.

We took our car in for MOT. Received a call to state that whilst it had passed, it would be needing new front wheel bearings. I asked them to get me a price. They called me back and said in fact they could adjust the existing ones for ?48 plus vat. I told them to proceed. Then I got a call back to say that actually no adjustment was needed and to collect the car. When I collected the car they handed me the MOT with the advisory on for the wheel bearings even though they had confirmed nothing wrong with them!

Did my brothers tyres and brakes. Prices were excellent and they were very helpful and friendly. We will use them again

Took my wife's Peugeot 106 in to get clutch cable changed. What happened after that was just frustrating. To cut a long story short, Chemix denied that they had fitted the wrong cable and that the new clutch fitted in Tipton was at fault. We listened to Chemix and took it back to clutch centre who showed us the correct size cable they were going to fit and compared it to the wrong cable Chemix fitted. The cable Chemix fitted just kept coming off all the time and made the car difficult to drive (we were trying to sell it at the time as well). Chemix eventually refunded us for their fitting of the wrong cable only when we got another garage to fit the right part and take the wrong part to them.

Absolutely excellent service. Extremely friendly, looked at my car (which sounded horrendous) made a few adjustments without charge. Will definitely visit again when needed!!! 10/10
