Double Glazing in UK

We've used Alpha a couple of times over the last few years. They used to be a decent company to deal with but lately they are unfortunately not. We had many issues on our latest project (all due to products supplied by Alpha). Simon, the owner, couldn't even be bothered to come out and see for himself the issues we had. We still to this day haven't resolved these issues but we will have the last laugh. I wouldn't use Alpha again. They're too concerned on making as much money as they can and not customer service anymore unfortunately.

The Ashford Glass Window company have just finished fitting new windows throughout the house. We were very pleased with their competitive price and even more impressed with the high level of service we received from the fitters!! Thanks so much for going the extra mile!! The house looks fantastic!

Appalling company poor products and shocking customer service stay away at all costs

We are so pleased with our new front door and surrounding windows that we feel compelled to recommend this family run company. We received excellent help and advice in the showroom without any pressure. On installation day Reece, Cory and Stuart couldnt have been more polite, helpful and respectful of our home. The quality of the door and windows is excellent and are fitted to a high standard. The attention to making good around the new installation is excellent! We highly recommend WJ Richardson Glazing Ltd and their staff!

After much deliberation my wife and I decided to have our aged windows replaced and on a recommendation we visited the showroom/shop of WJ Richardson in West Wickham. It was the best thing we could have done as from the initial contact to the completion of the job their service was first class. Just before they was to start we were given a 'plan of action' which meant we could prepare the respective rooms the day before. The 4 man team arrived just after 9am each day and were a pleasure to have around. Easy to get on with answering any questions we had, they were polite and very respectful of our home environment leaving the minimal amount of clearing-up to be done. Their workmanship was top class. The windows look superb. Thank you to all concerned. I would thoroughly recommend WJ Richardson to anyone thinking of have replacement windows

I was absolutely dreading having two new windows fitted, one in the kitchen and one in our second bedroom. WJ Richardson had been recommended to be my somebody else on our block could use them to do sliding doors. They couldn't have been better. The two theatres arrive promptly at 9 AM and were courteous and smiling and helpful throughout the day. They absolutely made a minimum of mess, cleared up after them, did a brilliant job, and the windows look absolutely fantastic. I am absolutely thrilled and would heartily recommend them

Great friendly service, had four replacement units for windows that had filled with condensation after 15 years. Also was the only place that I could find that came out and attempted to fix my leaking glass conservatory roof, without wanting to completely replace it! Great job, quickly done, and now leak free. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic company. Quick response for quotation and fitting and work completed to a lovely standard. We had replacement glazing in a sliding patio door and a replacement window sill fir one if our windows. We are so pleased we have now asked for a quote for some other work to be undertaken in our house. Lovely customer service over the phone too.

ended up getting the whole house windows and doors replaced (over 8000pound). They left me with 1 broken window. because there new workers hit it with a hammer by "accident". also most of the windows were not safety proof, which is illegal to install. not only that the door we ordered was wrong. and the wrong way round , ( we specified the door had to open from one side out.) But they ended up installing a door that went the other way. we asked for it to be replaced and asked for a date of when it could be done but was laughed off by the main man who does the installations and answers the phone. He would not give us a date on when he could install a new door. But said " I'll drop a door off and u can install it yourself," - this was to a 85 YEAR OLD WOMAN. we were disgusted with how we were treated.

Very good service from start to finish, polite staff, quality product which i hope to last me years. Have already recommended to friends and family. Thank you
