Needed a new mirror for a cabinet urgently. Contacted Taylor Glass because of the positive reviews. Went in the same day and left with the mirror. Lovely people and an amazing service that made the travel completely worth it. Thank you so much.

don't usually do review's but this company is worthy of one, I phoned them to inquire about having a glass panel replaced in my door they sent somebody out that day to measure up and price, they came out the next day to fit it, done by two very helpful and cheerful lads I would definitely use again if needed.

Great company, I was originally provided with a quotes via email, which we agreed was perfect. Dropped our mirrored table of and it was done 3 days later like nothing ever happened! Rude man wearing their waistcoat pushed his way into the building when I was trying to enter my block. He didnt introduce himself at all just pulled the doors open when I was trying to close it! When I challenged him and asked him to leave he refused and started calling me names. He eventually left but left me shaking! Avoid at any cost! This is a bunch of bullies not civilised tradesmen

Used this company twice in 2023, each time they came and repaired broken windows. But the quality of work is they never pick up the broken glass. I have 2 children under age of 6 age and a dog. I personally took out 1 hour each till to clean up broken glass. I reported this to the factors and was told I needed to contact the company. But this is incorrect it's not my responsibility factors should have not used them. The charges are redicolous. I would stay away from this company

Great service. Was in a pinch when my new sofa wouldn't fit through the door these guys managed to squeeze me in between jobs and were there in 10 minutes and even helped the sofa delivery guys get the sofa in. Would recommend to anyone very professional and saved me a lot of hassle with redelivery etc.

ended up getting the whole house windows and doors replaced (over 8000pound). They left me with 1 broken window. because there new workers hit it with a hammer by "accident". also most of the windows were not safety proof, which is illegal to install. not only that the door we ordered was wrong. and the wrong way round , ( we specified the door had to open from one side out.) But they ended up installing a door that went the other way. we asked for it to be replaced and asked for a date of when it could be done but was laughed off by the main man who does the installations and answers the phone. He would not give us a date on when he could install a new door. But said " I'll drop a door off and u can install it yourself," - this was to a 85 YEAR OLD WOMAN. we were disgusted with how we were treated.
