• We accidentally locked our keys in the house while putting cases in the car to go on holiday. Spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady on the phone, who said that a locksmith would be with us within an hour. The locksmith arrived just 40 minutes later and quickly opened the door for us. He said he had diverted from his next scheduled job as he knew we were an emergency.
