Guy came out and told me he COULD fix my fire but couldn't be bothered as he was too busy. He then left and charged me £55 pounds for a "consultation". Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Just had 3 bathrooms totally refurbished and we couldn't have asked for a better company to do the job. Everthing was done to a 5 star standard. We will definitely be using them in the future. In response to my review in the early hours of this morning I am pleased to say that Luke came to see me this morning. He apologised and offered compensation for the error. This mistake has no bearing on his professionalism as he is a trustworthy, professional engineer and I know for a fact my landlady would not deal with anyone who was less than highly professional and honest.
