We hired Allerco Plumbing and Heating to detect a leak which they did very quickly and fixed the problem by changing the part. The price was fair and were very polite and professional. They arrived on time and cleaned everything after they had finished. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and would use them again if I needed to.

My overall experience with Allerco Plumbing & Heating was very good. They installed a power shower for us, they were polite and professional and they did a good job. The overall cost was more expensive than anticipated, but this was due to additional pipes that were required. I would be happy to use them again.

Allerco Plumbing & Heating, London, did very well, I woke up to water dripping through the ceiling, which was coming from our water tank, which was very old. I found Allerco on a flyer of various trades and called them, they came to do a consultation the same day and then came back the next day to actually carry out the work. They also installed a new garden tap and the heads on the taps in the kitchen for me. They were polite and professional and did a good clean up job after the work. I would be happy to use again as I know they're safe to use and they know what they're doing. I would also be happy to recommend them.

I found Allerco Plumbing & Heating very efficient, we had a sudden loss of water which we didn't know what had caused it. Allerco came out the same day to investigate the issue and diagnose the problem, which they did. There was an air lock which they sorted out for us. They were tidy, however they did move something to gain access to the pipe and failed to put this back. I would be happy to use them again and recommend them.

There was a water leak and Thames Water need to install a new pipe, however they needed us to have a stopcock within the property, so we contacted Allerco Plumbing & Heating, who did the work for us. We're very pleased, as they did a good job, were friendly and left everything tidy, even using our mop to clean up.

Happy with these guys who got my old Hotpoint back to life turned out the filter was blocked, and it was an easy job for them, thankfully.

Despite contacting Lh cook at short notice they came out as soon as they could and solved our boiler problem, and central heating very efficiently, the engineer was friendly, overall a great service at a reasonable price.

After being recommended by a friend we gave Mark Flow Ltd a try. What a big mistake! We are utterly unhappy with their work. Mark fitted a new shower that leaked into our living room causing extensive damage. Hasn't shown up to fix it despite repeat promises. Had to pay another plumber to fix the mess. Avoid - you have been warned!

I can say that the Markflow team are a very nice bunch and would never leave a customer without services longer than was absolutely necessary - the work is of a great standard by a family run firm who pride themselves on doing the best for their customers
