I phone the office for a quotation for a boiler replacement - Ryan got straight back to me and came round next day. The quote was very reasonable and the work was done a few days later, much sooner than I expected. I'm really pleased with the boiler, the job was done quickly and efficiently and the place was left clean and tidy. The thing that really impressed was they all ways answered the phone or call me back straight away, Obviously a well run business - just what you need: a company who turns up when they say they will and does a good job. We first got in contact with Marc at MWH for a boiler service when we first moved to Risca a couple of years ago. He was recommended by a friend at work and we are very pleased he was! We are very happy with his service, professional manner and honest advice from the start. When our old boiler finally blew it's expansion valve Marc and Josh did a fantastic job, fitting us in in very short order. Along with a full system cleanse and sorted us out with a Vaillant boiler (for which MWH are a registered fitter giving an extra couple of years on the warranty!). Josh was just as professional and friendly as Marc. Marc is prompt on arrival times and the few times he has had problems he has ALWAYS rung to let us know he would be late or to rearrange. He rings back when he says he will and his communications are always professional and friendly. If we could give 6 stars we would!
