Plumber attended to job within an hour of my call, to replace a burst outside water pipe. He replaced the pipe and also did a couple of additional add ons that he said would help prevent the problem from happening again. Very impressed with both plumber Nikki and Jill who was absolutely delightful and helpful when she took my call. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely use again.

Plumber from Easi-Plumb in stirling came out to help redo the pipework in my bathroom. He was in touch to say when he would arrive and did a great job replacng all pipes for the bath, shower , sink and toilet. Would deinately use again, great service.

My boiler was making a load banging noise when starting , they came and sorted it the same day, cant thank them enough , the man was very polite and talked me through what was happening. I feel safe now its sorted

Phone this company to come out and look at my Gran's boiler as it wasn't working, the engineer did come out fast which was a good factor but didn't have a clue what was wrong had to look up a manual still couldn't find the problem. took it apart and still nothing, charged her £100.00 + VAT for call out, then I called a different company who then came out and basically it was just was just a matter of resetting the boiler, the other company wouldn't take any money as it was only a simple turn of a switch.

Very positive experience with Easi-Plum. We had a broken shower and a leaking system. The plumber came out and fixed it all. He made little mess, he was very professional. I will definitely use him again and I highly recommend him too.

Family member was badly let down by this company at this difficult time. Whiterose Plumbing agreed to investigate and fix a bathroom leak that was dripping into neighbors property. Combination of no shows and general inaction over a two week period from initial inspection contributed to neighbours ceiling partially collapsing with water build up. Should note that same company had actually installed a new boiler on previous occasion to a good standard. Reliability and follow through is crucial for emergencies!

Good company to deal with. Billy arrived at the agreed time. Sorted out our situation and then spent time explaining our Under floor system and how to control it to achieve efficient usage. We would recommend Whiterose Plumbing without hesitation.

Was having trouble locating the condensate pipe which had frozen over due to bad weather. One phone call to white rose plumbing & heating and they were able to direct me over phone and guide me on how to resolve the issue faced. Would recommend service to anyone. 5/5

I found Whiterose Plumbing & Heating, Fife, online and called them to install a new boiler for me. The service they provided was very good and I'd definitely recommend them to others. The staff were very friendly and turned up when they said they would, when the boiler was installed they left no mess whatsoever, overall a very good 5 star service.

Had a new boiler fitted by Russ at Gas Safe Edinburgh and I'm delighted with the work carried out and would happily recommend his work to others.

Just had 3 bathrooms totally refurbished and we couldn't have asked for a better company to do the job. Everthing was done to a 5 star standard. We will definitely be using them in the future. Got paid and never finished the work

We had a complicated boiler replacement involving replacing gas pipes across a stone floor in a small business so could not afford to run behind scehdule. Other quotes suggested running pipes around the skirting which we didn't want. J&E MacGregor started and finished in less than 4 days with minimum fuss for such a dirty job and concealed the pipes under the floor. Everything was done to estimate, on time and to a high standard. We have already used them again for another job with exactly the same professional results. We highly recommend them and thank Euan for keeping in touch and checking constantly that we were happy with the job.

I found J & E MacGregor to be an extremely good firm of plumbers to work with. Having used the company before I had no hesitation in going back to them when I needed to replace my boiler. I found them to be extremely friendly as well as being very reliable, punctual and clean and tidy. I would certainly have no hesitation in using the company again and would thoroughly recommend them to one and all.

Job fine but overcharged for time and materials. Also perfectly good used parts were removed without our consent.

Job OK but initially overcharged on the time. Also overcharged for materials 6 for a washer!. They also removed unused items supplied by us.

I hired RMS to replace bathroom and GCH.The work he carried out was sloppy and often not what was discussed with many corners cut. When my husband called to complain, he was aggressive and unprofessional and shouted at my husband until he hung up the phone. When we hired a new plumber, we then discovered that the new gas boiler and central heating system he has installed, was out of regulation and the pipework was such a mess that it needed to be stripped out. We had to report the work the GAS SAFE REGISTER who then deemed our boiler as DANGEROUS, DO NOT USE. So overall, he did not do the works we asked him to do, he caused a long list of cosmetic damage which he did not repair, he shouted at his customer who raised a complaint, and above all, the work this man is doing is UNSAFE! After reading so many good reviews, I was shocked to receive such poor, sloppy and unsafe workmanship. Please read this review and PLEASE DO NOT HIRE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!

Were due to come out to house in the morning to give me quote for gas central heating. Didn't turn up. No explanation. Finally called at 4pm to say they'd been held up at a job and would be there soon. Still didn't turn up. Never heard back. Not a good way to treat potential customers. Would definitely not recommend.
