Michael turned up exactly when he said he would (unlike so many trades people). He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it all with minimum fuss and no mess. He also charges very reasonably. I would definitely recommend him for any heating and plumbing issues.

Called on Friday evening with a weeping radiator value/ pipe connection. Peter answered called and arrived promptly as he said he would and also promptly stopped the leak.

Called him on Saturday at 2.30pm for a possible gas leak. He arrived at as soon as possible and checked that everything was allright. Very nice and very knowledgeable, we will totally call him again if (when) needed.

My boiler packed up on Sunday during the recent snow. Peter came out promptly on Sunday. The boiler required a couple of parts so they were ordered on Monday and were ready on Tuesday. It turned out that another part was required but this was sourced on Tuesday and the boiler up and running on Tuesday. Very efficient.

Have used Peter Hatcher's services for more than 12 years. Jobs have included maintenance of boiler and central heating, electrical, plumbing, washing machine installation and roofing repairs. He can turn his hand to most things, and will attend promptly in an emergency. Service is competent, cheerful and reasonably priced.

We hired Allerco Plumbing and Heating to detect a leak which they did very quickly and fixed the problem by changing the part. The price was fair and were very polite and professional. They arrived on time and cleaned everything after they had finished. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and would use them again if I needed to.

My overall experience with Allerco Plumbing & Heating was very good. They installed a power shower for us, they were polite and professional and they did a good job. The overall cost was more expensive than anticipated, but this was due to additional pipes that were required. I would be happy to use them again.

Allerco Plumbing & Heating, London, did very well, I woke up to water dripping through the ceiling, which was coming from our water tank, which was very old. I found Allerco on a flyer of various trades and called them, they came to do a consultation the same day and then came back the next day to actually carry out the work. They also installed a new garden tap and the heads on the taps in the kitchen for me. They were polite and professional and did a good clean up job after the work. I would be happy to use again as I know they're safe to use and they know what they're doing. I would also be happy to recommend them.

I found Allerco Plumbing & Heating very efficient, we had a sudden loss of water which we didn't know what had caused it. Allerco came out the same day to investigate the issue and diagnose the problem, which they did. There was an air lock which they sorted out for us. They were tidy, however they did move something to gain access to the pipe and failed to put this back. I would be happy to use them again and recommend them.

There was a water leak and Thames Water need to install a new pipe, however they needed us to have a stopcock within the property, so we contacted Allerco Plumbing & Heating, who did the work for us. We're very pleased, as they did a good job, were friendly and left everything tidy, even using our mop to clean up.

Brian is a very competant plumber, he has carried minor plumbing works for me in the West Molesey area, and I look forward to working with him on larger projects.

Have used on many occasions including for installing a magnaclean and power flush on our boiler, leaking shower and installing radiators. Brian didn't stick to an hourly rate, we come to a price and he does the job for that price however long it takes. Would thoroughly recommend. very good value.
