Kirk has dealt with all my plumbing requirements for several years now......troublesome taps, urgent replacement of leaking radiators, installation of a new boiler and radiators and boiler servicing. He is always extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, if it's a matter of urgency he always attends at impressive speed, and even if it's something really minor I know I can rely on him to sort it out quickly and efficiently.

We were very pleased with the professional service and explanation we were given when we required a new gas boiler. The work was completed to a very high standard in a very short time and with minimal mess. The house has never been so warm and we cannot believe how quiet the new boiler is.

I have emergency cover for boiler. Rapid Response were sent by my insurance co. 1st visit they failed to see the problem and Ordered parts for something else. 2nd visit they came outside of the times given to me and then lied about having called me ( I was indoors waiting for them). 3rd visit they couldnt fix it because they needed to order more parts. 4th visit, cancelled. Excuse they didnt order the right parts. Almost 4 weeks, still no heating or water,

had 2 chaps out when they pulled up all they were interested about was there appearance with made us all laugh. one was one the roof while the other was footing the ladder looking down at his phone for 20 mins or more then the chap on the roof came down and spoke to us telling us that the problem was either side of us that it was the councils problem but our house is brought got the report in the end and the fix it team have now said that its our problem why tell us one thing and write a report saying something different never have these in our house or on our property ever again lying fix it team so now our insurance isn't paying out thanks again fit it company thanks for nothing if you ever get called out to our house again the door will be slammed in your face very hard and told to go and not fix any more jobs you have for the day

We had a mystery leak , Rapid Response sent a chap called Mark around , he found the fault very quickly and advised a new hot water cylinder was needed . We were not charged for the call out and the next day a quote to replace the hot water cylinder arrived , it seemed a far price so we had them carry out the job . Very happy with the whole service , to get five stars would be nearly impossible! so from me four stars is amazing .

Banned from ever again attending our house. Drained sewage outside our bedroom, dug foot deep hole in garden, leaving it covered up, nearly broke my leg when falling into it. Worst ever.
