I got my radiators replaced as they were very old and I needed good ones which heated up fast. The technician helped me select the latest ones, which heated up fast and efficiently! My house is warmed up now!

Was astounded by the level of professionalism they exhibited. Other plumbers Ive used in the past have always felt quite disinterested, but the plumber they sent over listened to what I said and took it on board.

Whatever you do, don't contact them direct. You will get ripped off if you do. They will charge you £80 for a boiler service if you phone them direct. But if you contact them through the third party service MyBoilerService.com then they will only charge you £60 for the same service (in 2015). So you instantly save £20 by using that website to contact them. The reason they charge different prices for the same thing is because they are directly competing against other boiler engineers on that website. So go there instead of phoning them to get the best price. Having said all that, I would never use these people to service your boiler. They are conmen first and tradesmen second. I used them to service my boiler and they tried several times to rip me off. I had ignition problems with my boiler so i called them up. They opened the boiler and told me it would cost £400 to fix it. This turned out to be a lie. The problem was a blockage in the water pipe. I fixed it myself for nothing.
