Identified the issue quickly and kept me informed throughout so I knew exactly what the cause was and how it was remedied and all done very quickly.

I was kept informed consistently of the time of the arrival of Karim. He was super friendly and explained everything to me, he diagnosed the issue with my boiler and we discussed future steps that would improve the efficiency which I greatly appreciate.

I have no hesitation in rating the experience as 10/10. The engineer was excellent and provided a first class service. Thank you again.
