andy fitted out kitchen, it was extremely out of date and needed a complete overhaul, he was on time, pleasant, and easy to talk to, nothing was too much, could not have asked for a better job, would definitely hire and recommend him to anyone!

called on a weekend as had no heatingwater. Attended in a couple of hours and sorted an air pocket. Polite, professional, efficient service. Definietly recommended.

Got a boiler installed 2 months ago which is working OK but radiators in bedrooms never worked. Whenever I call this person he is either busy or in hospital for treatment!!! No response to voice messages (phone call is out of question), said will come on a planned day and did not show up. I am left with a boiler installed but no warranty documentation, and a big hole in cavity wall under it from where rodents have started to creep inside. I am now trying to find out what action could be taken against such unprofessional practice. Stay away from this company and stay safe. Don't call them even if your boiler is broken right in the middle of ice age.... I wish I could give no stars at all.

I had a boiler installed which has been totally fine no complaints and actually recommended business. However our service has come up. Obviously as its included in the price we paid for the boiler installation its obviously not a priority as it wont generate any more money. Have been trying to arrange the service for the past 4 months... with about 6 different dates that they have cancelled for various reasons. Now all calls and texts are being completely ignored. Customer service is absolutely terrible not sure what has happened in the last year but very very disappointed and will not recommend again.

I agree with Fin. Book an appointment but would never turn up. No phone call, ignored my phone calls and emails. I had a payment plan, what a waste of money. I would never recommend

This companies time keeping and service is just awful. I arranged to have warmshield look at my plumbing on a friday morning, so booking a day off from work i waited all morning for Warmshield to turn up, I waited until 12pm and then called which i had no reply, then a text message later that day saying he was occupied, thats not good service but i thought i'd give him another chance, so booked another day off from work for the following friday for the plumber to come round in the morning, and guess what he never turned up, its wasn't until about 230pm on the friday he text me saying it was his day off and to arrange another day. this is not acceptable. Very poor service, I would urge anyone who requires a professional plumber who can actually use a diary, go elsewhere.

Great service boiler broke down over christmas engineer came out on boxing day and repaired boiler saved christmas as we have a 4 day old baby in the house would recommend warmshield thankyou

We found leigh to be very knowledgeable , his work is very clean and tidy , he covered all our house in dust sheets and even hoovered up when he finished , we will be nice and warm for winter with our new Worcester Bosch boiler , happily recommend to family and friends , you won't go wrong with LDS PLUMBING & HEATING , thanks again leigh

Phoned Paul and asked if he could replace a stopcock and another auxiliary valve, forgot to ask for a quote, but he came round, did the job, quoted and charged me £80, no hassle, no problems, no extras. Great work, many thanks.

He gave me a quote on the phone of £60-70 to change the stopcock. He said he would look at it and give me a cost, as it may be complicated and he would need to shut the water off in the street. He came to the house. I showed him the two stopcocks. He turned the taps and charged me £40 for this. Some may think this is standard call out charge. But considering his visit was to give me the costing for changing the stopcock (and if possible change the stopcock), which he did not need to do, he could have been more courteous and say I did not need them changing, but instead charged me £40 for turning a couple of taps.I would not be recommending him nor would I use him again. I just feel robbed. In short, a cheapskate trader after a quick buck.
