Having Ian Fisher attend was like the cavalry arriving to save the day - He asked a few questions, reassured me and immediately got to work and fixed the heating pipe I'd nailed through twice within the hour. The service was simply superb and saved the day so the carpet fitter could lay the carpet. Ian was a top bloke, too, and so pleasant and professional to deal with. I can't thank him enough.

Gary was first on our list when we needed a new radiator fitting has we had previously had him install a new gas cooker and reroute some pipework for a new stopcock. As always Gary was friendly, honest and reliable. We called him Thursday afternoon, as he was in the area he called very quickly to check the job, he priced the radiator and gave us a fitted price and arranged to come the following day. As we had some other queries he stayed and advised us what was best and alternatives as well as where we could get them from. We will definitely be calling on his services again shortly.

My Boiler had packed in late sunday night, Energize where at my house 1st thing Monday morning, I had told Gary i had a 3 Year old Daughter and he understood how important it was to have heating during this horrendous cold weather, friendly and informative i felt at ease with his diagnosis and pure first class professionalism, wasnt bamboozled by technical wording and had everything explained to me, highly recommended and excellent value for money, i expected to have to remortgage the house, but the pricing was competitive and worth every penny, number passed on to family and friends Triple A rating!

Plumber arrived on time in just one hour after calling up! The big repair in our house was fixed in 45 minutes, he repaired the boiler and agreed a price before fixing, excellent service!

Came out to quote me the day I rang them, was really friendly but professional. Few days later came back and did the work in one session. very good prices and i didn't have any problems.
