Engineer turned up within expected time frame. Immediately diagnosed root cause and implemented resolution. Did not flannel about ooh will need new flange bracket will cost x million. Used plumbing already in situ and resolved issue. Left giving advice on what to do should issue re-occur. Excellent Service all round. Well done.

I had a leaking radiator which had saturated my carpet, underlay and through to floorboards so I contacted Rightio at 1pm and was informed an engineer was in my area and given a quoted cost and to stay by phone as they would ring back with estimated arrival time. After an hour I contacted them to be told they would contact engineer and get back to me - 4 hours after initial request and just before 5pm they eventually rang back to inform me that the engineer would not be coming until the next day - at this point I cancelled the job. Supposedly a 24/7 operation with fast response!!

Everything was stress-free from start to finish. The engineer was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything that needed to be done and carried out the work perfectly. The parts were not in stock initially, but I was kept updated about the time frame.

Ian the engineer who serviced my boiler today was most efficient, explaining what he was doing while he was carrying out the work. I was most impressed by his very pleasant manner. He was a good representative for your company.
