Very poor workmanship. I wished I could show pictures of how poorly the work completed by Clayton Parsons one of Steves plumbers. AVOID at all costs!!!!!!!

Had a Boiler Service plan for many years with this firm, which included emergency call-out. Called him out because boiler would not fire up, and he got it started but then sent a bill for almost £200 to supply and fit a part that he didn't fit.

Have had a central heating contract with this company for many years & have always found them to be 1st class, however, today I was expecting a service which had been pre-booked for 9.30am. Mr Hill arrived at 10.15am with no apology & when I mentioned that he was a bit late I was told that 'these service contacts are more trouble than they're worth' and 'at nearly 60 years old he didn't need the hassle'. He left my home without carrying out the service and told me to 'get a life'. I certainly wont be recommending him again and would strongly suggest steering clear as he clearly doesn't want the business!

Do not use this company. They were contracted after a water leak in our house. Job was to take down old ceiling and install new.along with making good all walls etc. We caught them cutting out sections trying to patch up instead of replacing as contracted for. The skirting boards came away from the walls and when questioned the owner of the company threatened my wife in her own home and became very aggressive towards her. Now we have a yellow patch coming thru on an apparently new ceiling. DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE IN TO YOUR HOME, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR WIFE WILL BE ALONE WITH THEM!!

Did a complete central heating and plumbing refit at our period house. Great service, prompt when you need help. A good find. Well recommended.
