Engineer called and said a new shower was required. I bought the shower myself and he fitted it on a Saturday morning. Very good job, completely satisfied. Would certainly recommend.

He is always extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, if it's a matter of urgency he always attends at impressive speed, and even if it's something really minor I know I can rely on him to sort it out quickly and efficiently.
